We begin with a relaxed, open chat to explore what’s brought you to the session - whether it’s emotional struggles, physical pain, spiritual disconnection, or just needing space to reset. This helps me tailor the session to what you truly need.

🌀 2. Energetic Cleansing
Using Palo Santo, we cleanse the space and your energy field - clearing away any tension, heaviness, or unwanted energy.

🔮 3. Chakra Alignment, Healing & Crystals
I work intuitively with hands-on Reiki to cleanse, align, and restore the energy flowing through your chakras - your body’s energy centres.
Throughout the session I use healing crystals to support the process and amplify the energy work.

Reiki can support:
• Releasing emotional blockages 💔
• Easing physical pain and tension 🤕
• Reducing anxiety and stress 🌫️
• Enhancing clarity, peace, and sleep 😴
• Helping you feel grounded and reconnected 🌍

💬 4. Aftercare & Integration
