So a lot is happening behind the scenes here. Iv just bought some big machine upgrades and in the near future I'm getting a specialized machine so I can learn to do hair dressing and pet grooming shears!

The next phase will be marketing and making myself known!

I want people's tools to be well maintained at a reasonable price and I want to be the one to do it!

"Thinning" a knife means adjusting the geometry by grinding down the sides so it is as thin as possible, without sacrificing the strength.

This helps the knife cut easier, especially through tougher ingredients.

Notice the cutting edge on the "after" one is a lot thinner than the "before"

I take them through a multi step process of adjusting the geometry where needed, making sure the Finnish is clean and consistent before making them sharper than brand new.

This ensures that even the more budget friendly knives, perform better than they ever have.

Why not try it with 1 knife? As the most used tool in the kitchen, it deserves it.
