What a Crackin' event Windermere Triathlon was this weekend. All levels attended and Furness Tri had some great results as well but that is down to the individuals training commitment so a big well done to them all! Some first timers, first time in a long whilers and some who need to train more ( 🤦‍♂️ ) 🤣

The Coaching Team are planning the autumn and winter programme. We have circuit training/spin classes/swimming sessions booked at Barrow Leisure Centre. Joint run sessions on Wednesday at the Track. Nutrition sessions and Transition training all planned for occasional Sundays. Looking at coaching solo or groups for Half and Full Tri's next year (Keswick/Leeds/Hamburg/Frankfurt) Anything else you would like to see? PM Furness Tri or email furnesstri@gmail.com 😃

What a crackin' event at Capernwray June Triathlon last night! Despite a bit of wind... packed out and full of smiles. Great energy all round and a big shout out to the Kendal Tri Club Supporters who brought bells and whistles for a great atmosphere 👏👏Well done all you smashed it!
