Looking for your next rewarding opportunity in care? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Field Supervisor to join the Heydays team!

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our home care services across the community — ensuring high-quality care and great experiences for our clients every day. You’ll be out in the field providing leadership, supporting care staff, carrying out spot checks and assessments, and helping maintain excellent standards in line with CQC requirements.

What you’ll be doing:
- supervising and mentoring care staff in the community
- conducting spot checks, client reviews and care plan monitoring
- supporting new carers in the field
- ensuring compliance with policies, standards and best practice
- being the key connection between clients, carers and the office team

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Compassionate, organised and reliable
✔️ Confident leading and supporting others
✔️ Experienced in domiciliary care or supervisory support
✔️ Ideally holding Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification
✔️ Able to travel independently to client visits (driving licence preferred)

📍 Community-based with some office duties
💼 Full-time, permanent
💰 Competitive salary & great benefits
