After years of working hard to build a brand that is unique and personal I have decided to alter the structure of the company from “DS fitness Centre” so let me now introduce you to ‘The DS Fitness Centre Method’
We are passionate about what we do and we want to spread this with others. We want to build a community with support, we want to inspire and to help you with your health and fitness transformation. We believe that small steps lead to big changes and big ideas! We hope you love our new approach as much as we do.
As our journey has shown us, we want to be unique and we want to focus more on YOU. So… the logo will stay the same but our concept will change, we believe that this change will have a massive impact on you, our customer.
About Diane
I have always had a huge love and interest in fitness, health and wellbeing. I began my ds fitness journey after breaking my back, I have managed to stay pain free with the daily exercise and nutrition program I follow. I am a healthy person and rarely visit the doctor, until recently when my hormones decided to have a massive affect on my health. I have researched this and have been able to improve and manage my health with the use of my own programme. I have adapted my diet in order to manage my pain and daily symptoms.
My passion is to inspire, educate, motivate, help and change peoples lives so I took a risk and left my full time employment to make a career from my passion and dream. My Journey started with pro aerobics and eventually became DS Fitness. I have loved teaching others to become amazing fitness instructors, assess instructors teaching amazing fitness programs and test programs for a fantastic company.
My ultimate goal is to make everyone feel the best they possibly can, I promote self love and happiness as well as keeping healthy and getting fitter. The DS Method is to help you fit in the exercise you require to be fit & healthy, creating sessions you enjoy that deliver results,eating every food group and eating regularly, it’s about finding your body confidence and feeling good within. Your overall goal should be happiness and health. I want you to enjoy exercise and I want to educate you. I practice what I preach and follow my method and exercise regime.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re an absolute beginner or working out is second nature, my classes and programmes can help you reach your next fitness and health goal.
