🩷 This gorgeous result is a perfect example of how cheek filler isn’t just about fuller cheeks – it’s about restoring structure and supporting the entire face, especially the lower third

🩷 As we age, we naturally lose volume in the midface. This can cause the cheeks to flatten and descend slightly, which in turn can make nasolabial folds (nose-to-mouth lines) and marionette lines (lines from mouth corners down) appear more prominent. For many clients, these are key areas of concern

🩷 By placing dermal filler strategically over the cheekbone area, we’re able to lift and re-volumise the midface, providing a gentle, natural support to the tissues below. This gives a more refreshed and lifted look without adding heaviness or altering your natural features

✨ GENTLE JAWLINE CONTOURING ✨

💜 The pre-jowl sulcus is the hollow that can appear just before the chin– making the jawline look uneven or sagging

💜 Pre-jowls are caused by mid-lower face volume loss due to shifting of fat pads, weakening of supporting ligaments and bone resorption (which is all part of the ageing process!) particularly in the late 30s or early 40s

💜 Using carefully placed dermal filler, I can rejuvenate this area and replace the lost volume without changing your face shape

💜 Using a cannula technique, I gently placed dermal filler to smooth out this dip, restoring structure and giving that gorgeous, subtle contour

💜 This technique avoids overfilling and gives a naturally lifted, sculpted profile, which is especially flattering in side view photos

💜 For more mature clients, the same effect can be achieved using a different amount/type of dermal filler

✨ Please note: You may notice some bruising in the after photo- this is completely normal after filler. It’s caused by tiny blood vessels being disrupted during treatment and usually settles within a few days. I take every care to avoid any obvious vasculature, but the face is incredibly vascular so bruising is one of the risks that comes with dermal filler!
