Yesterday we attended the CQC Assessment Framework Roadshow in Manchester.

We’re proud to say we were the only homecare provider from Cumbria in the room — representing our area and making sure our voice is heard as inspections continue to evolve.

The direction from CQC is clear:
A move towards real outcomes, real experiences, and how care is delivered day to day — not just paperwork.

This is exactly where we’re already operating.

At MSH Healthcare, we’re not just focused on being compliant — we’re focused on leading the way.
Leading the way in how care is delivered, how staff are supported, and how people experience our service.

Everything we’re building across Furness and Cumbria is about raising standards and doing things properly — for the people we support, their families, and our team.

We’ll continue to stay ahead of the changes and work closely with CQC as things develop.

We hope all of our team have a fantastic Easter — it’s well deserved 👏

As a small thank you, every member of our team will be receiving an Easter egg. You can either pop in and collect it, or we’ll make sure it gets dropped off to you.

More importantly, we just want to say a genuine thank you to every single one of our carers and staff. The work you do every day does not go unnoticed.

Since taking over, one thing has been clear — it’s our people who make the difference. Together, we all help putting the care into MSH Healthcare ❤️
