Join my monthly membership program for just £42 a month. Come to as many classes on the timetable as you like. NO yearly tie in contracts, you can just cancel your standing order whenever you like. With added bonus of an OPTIONAL weigh in whenever I weigh my challengers if you fancy (you’d just have to ask me ) and regular strength and fitness tests ( again completely optional) for those that want to track and actively improve strength and fitness levels 👍

***11 week Young uns Bootcamp*** Monday 430pm or
WEDNESDAY 5pm
This bootcamp is for young uns aged 8-15 years old, with the aim of improving fitness and strength levels, body composition and confidence through fun and varied workouts.
The Bootcamp sessions will cover all aspects of fitness training including cardio and core, with the kids using equipment such as kettlebells,dumbbells ,battle ropes, rowing machine, punch bags
The Bootcamp is an 11 week bootcamp and starts Monday 5th January at 430pm or Wednesday 7th January at 5pm
1 x 30min session a week for the 11 Weeks is £49 or for both sessions its £90 for both
Parents are welcome to train with the kids for an additional £4.50 per session (Membership clients free)
All classes take place at my gym based above pastures new health store in barrow town centre Scott street

***Ladies only 4 week Bootcamp***
(Starting Monday 5th January)
This is for ladies only and is great for those with a busy schedule that are wanting to tone up, get stronger, fitter , leaner and attend later classes than what is on my regular timetable!
The sessions will be fun and varied and we will be using equipment such as kettlebells, rowing machines, barbells , battle ropes, glute bands , punch bags and much more.The sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels as I can give alternatives if needed
This bootcamp is 2,3 or 4 sessions per week with all being 45min long.The classes are on a
*Monday, circuit n abs at 735pm
*Tuesday, strength session 705pm,
*Wednesday,kettlebell HIIT n abs 705pm
*Thursday, circuits n kettlebells at 705pm.
(These are the prices you will pay in total to cover you for the full 4 weeks)
The price of this is £65 in total for ANY 2 sessions per week over the 4 week block ,or £85 for 3-4 sessions per week
( if wanting to do 4 sessions but are struggling to make all 4 ladies classes you can do any classes off my regular class timetable to make up your session numbers)

Starting with weigh ins and measurements on Friday 2nd Jan/saturday 3rd Jan ( if you can’t make these days/ times that I give you then we can swap you for another)
Classes start from Monday 5th Jan

***Classes*** hi all, a fair few things in a 1er here. Monday 22nd the circuit class will be at the earlier time of 5pm , the ladies pt class at 545pm and ladies Bootcamp will be 635pm so all an hour earlier (just for that one day) My last full day in work will be Tuesday 23rd ( all classes same times as usual) so no sessions Christmas Eve then I will be opening fully from Friday 2nd December. In between those dates I will do an 830am session on Boxing Day and also 830am session New Year’s Eve for anyone wanting to shift some Christmas pud 🎄🐽💪🏿 Going forward I’m going to make the Tuesday morning session 930am instead of 10am so that Monday , Tuesday and Thursday am sessions are all the same time. The pay as you go option for classes and the 10x session cards are going up slightly for the 1st time in the 14yrs I’ve been in the game. It’s going to be £6 a session then £4 a session for anymore within that same week so not much of a pay rise and still a bargain if I dare say so myself 😬😳💰10 session block booking card will be £50 . Membership price is still the same at £42 a month for unlimited sessions 💪🏿I’m going to change my Thursday pm classes starting Thursday January 8th.At 5pm I’m going to be doing a 30minute kettlebell HIIT and abs class and after it at 530pm I’m going to do a 45minute strengthen and build class in which we will concentrate more on lifting heavier weights and adding some strength work into the program. I hope that most people will be happy with all/most of the above but tough s**t if not 😳😂Thank yoooo

***11 Week Ladies only small group personal training***
This 11 week programme is for ladies only and depending on which session/sessions you choose starts Monday 5th January 645pm, Tuesday 6th January 615pm, Wednesday 7th January at 615pm or Thursday 8th January at 615pm
(These are the prices you will pay in total to cover you for the full 11 weeks)
*This 11 week programme is just £105 for 1 session per week over the 11 weeks, £187 for 2 sessions per week , or £253 for 3 sessions per week
* We will be concentrating on compound exercises such as
*Hip Thrusts
*squats
*Rows
*Various presses
*pull ups
*Isolation exercises for bums, guns and shoulders etc whilst always finishing the sessions with some cardio/core work
* The sessions are roughly 50mins long. I want to ensure top quality and technique at each session, therefore there will strictly only be a maximum of 8 women In each class.
*Optional free weigh ins and nutrition plans ( you just have to ask me if wanting any of them)
*Only £4 to attend any of my other regular classes which run daily throughout the week and a Saturday morning
*The classes take place at my gym based above pastures new health store in Barrow town centre on Scott street

Hi, welcome to my page my names Martin Ostler and I’m a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer.
I also run bootcamps, buggy bootcamps, transformation challenges and ladies only small group personal training sessions.
My background was rugby league were I was a full time professional with the barrow raiders and have learnt lots from some very good conditioners at various clubs over the years!
I have always loved the gym and lifting weights from a very young age so health and fitness has pretty much been my life and now I’m enjoying training others and getting clients the results they want just as much as I have for myself.
I have my own functional training style gym so no long boring sessions on a treadmill or cross trainer, no session is ever the same!!i pride myself on keeping things fresh to beat the boredom and ensure mental stimulation aswel as physical.
My gym is private for PT clients so no queues for equipment or sharing matts during the personal training sessions so is perfect for those who are intimidated by the typical gym environment.
I train a wide variety of clients from older & not very fit wishing for a life style change to to the young, extremely fit & all those in between.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain or anything else stick with the plans i give you & you'll get guaranteed results, bell them off and you won't, that simple...
