SMP: Before & After – First Session

My client had SMP done by other artists about 5–6 years ago. Today, we completed the first session with me.

💡 What we did:
• Created a soft hairline transition, exactly what the client wanted — no sharp line, just a natural, subtle look.
• Pigment applied in follicle-like dots, giving the appearance of a natural shaved look.
• Everything was done carefully, taking into account the previous SMP, to ensure a harmonious result.

😊 The client was very happy with the result!

📆 Next steps:
• In 2 weeks — second session: we’ll enhance the shaved look for an even more natural appearance.
• Third and final session in another 2 weeks: perfecting and finalizing the SMP.

Another SMP session completed!
We’ve just finished the third session, and the results are really starting to come together 🙌

At this stage, the density is building beautifully, the blend looks smooth and natural, and the overall look is already taking shape exactly the way we planned.

There’s just one more session left, and we’ll be ready for the final result.
The foundation is strong, the colour is settling perfectly, and now we’re moving toward that clean, sharp, realistic finish

One of my first clients after completing my SMP masterclass training.in 2022
He had a hair transplant before, but unfortunately, it didn’t give him the desired density.
We performed a density SMP treatment to fill in the gaps and create a fuller look.

Today we completed Session 2
You can already see how seamlessly the new impressions blend with his natural follicles. I carefully adjusted pigment tone, density patterning and micro-dot size to match his own follicle structure — so the result reads as real hair growth, not “tattoo dots”.

Large visible bald patches are already covered and the overall visual density is significantly improved even at this stage of the process.

This is exactly why SMP is done in multiple sessions:
we build dimension, micro-layers and realistic depth gradually — not in one heavy pass — and this is what makes the final outcome indistinguishable from natural hair follicles.

After Session 3 we lock in the final density and contrast.
That’s when we will achieve the full, polished, completely natural result — with final tonal balance and the true 3D effect.
