"Excellent all round
Staff and management do everything to accommodate both service users and friends and family. There is always someone on hand to answer all your questions, and have always got the time to assist the service users .
My son is there in rest bit and has come on leaps and bounds and is very settled and calm. I would not hesitate in recommend The Mount to everyone"

"Our son moved into The Mount in July of 2024 after living in a previous care home for 12 years. What a difference and wonderfully so, supportive, kind and good honest care to all of their residents, this we have witnessed. The staff are happy in their work often singing and interacting in a normal family style, in fact our son states without hesitation - "They're fantastic, and they're my family, yes I love it here, it's brilliant". We are both very observant and keen to see fair and kind handling, including retaining privacy and dignity for all, we've been pleasantly surprised and feel so relieved, to find a genuinely well-managed care home. They really do care."
