We now have spaces in our Tuesday 9:30am POWER PARENTS classes.
These classes give you a space to come and reconnect with exercise again in a friendly, welcoming studio with Post-natal qualified trainer
The sessions are designed around full body movements, resistance band work- and getting to know how your body moves again after having a baby.

£25 for a block of 4 sessions.

Our amazing fitness industry is full of joy, people, connections, sweat, grit, goals, achievements and happiness…..

… but it is also full of 5am alarm clocks, non stop planning and admin, learning fitness class routines, messaging clients, creating promotional materials, trying to stay on top of your own health and wellness while also prioritising everyone else’s 😂

And seeing our social media today lit up with so many gold hearts celebrating the people who throw their heart and soul into this incredible industry is just wonderful!! 🫶🏻

We are thrilled to be among them … a huge heart felt thank you to everyone who helped us with our nominations and awards applications.

We will be taking this positivity into the week with us as we load up for a new week of classes, bootcamp, challenges and goal setting 💪

Every single one of you today who shared one of these gold hearts you ARE the heart and soul of our fitness industry!! 🏆

This made me giggle this morning.
Sometimes we get too caught up with checking the scales, or our clothes sizes and we forget to stop and savour the progress made in training!

Forget 1 push up- we are going for 8 baby!! 🙌🏻
