Hi just so as you can put a face to the name.......
My name is Helen and I am the face behind Reiki By Helen .
Im located at the beautiful Health Hwb ,High Street in Barry.
Some of you may have seen me floating around the High Street, chatting to people or just introducing myself.
After all chatting is also a good way of healing .
But..... My favorite healing is Reiki
It's extremely calming, uplifting and an all rounder for resetting the bodies energies.
It can help with anxiety, depression, aches and pains and shows us how to relax.

So today at the Health Hwb, Reiki By Helen had the Beautiful pleasure of teaching Shoden Reiki Level One to this gorgeous lady Kylie Pitman .
What a fantastic day its been.
Kylie you're an absolute super star, thank you for choosing me as your Reiki Teacher, its been a blast
