💙 Health Hwb Saturday Giveaway 💙

Every Saturday we’ll be giving away 2 free contrast therapy sessions, so the winner can bring along a partner, friend, or family member to experience it together. 🙌

This week, we’re asking you to tag an emergency services or frontline worker in the comments below, Ambulance, Police, Fire Brigade, Coastguard, RNLI, NHS, or anyone serving on the frontline.

We’ll be doing the draw on Sunday at 1pm, and the winner and their guest will be invited to Health Hwb to enjoy the full Contrast Therapy experience whenever they’re ready.

For us, this is about more than just saunas and ice plunges, it’s about giving people the space to recharge, reset, and look after themselves, even if it’s just for an hour. Our community is full of people who put others first every single day — this is our way of giving something back. 💛

Our First Week… and an Important Update 🙌🔥🧊

We’ve just wrapped up our very first official week at Health Hwb, and what a week it’s been!

It’s been amazing to see so many of you come through the doors. Some of you already knew what contrast therapy was all about, while others experienced it for the very first time. But after hearing how it works, giving it a go, and feeling the benefits for yourself, you’ve walked out refreshed, smiling, and truly rejuvenated. Watching that transformation has been nothing short of incredible. 🧡

Important update:

From today, and moving forward, all frontline workers and veterans, ambulance, Police, fire brigade, Coastguard, RNLI, Serving Armed Forces, and veterans will receive 10% off every contrast therapy session.

Simply show proof of your role or service (past or present) to receive it.

You serve us. Now it’s our turn to serve you. 💛

We are absolutely over the moon to share that we’ve agreed to offer Stand Tall - Strength and Wellbeing the use of our Community Room at the Health Hwb every Monday night from 6:30 pm, moving forward. 🧡

Taking care of mental health especially men’s mental health is a massive part of my mission. I know firsthand what it feels like, and I’m going through my own journey right now.

To be able to provide a safe, welcoming space for Stand Tall and everyone who attends their meetings makes everything we are doing worthwhile.

We will support this cause no matter what, because this is what we stand for.

Proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with Stand Tall as they continue doing an incredible job supporting people across the Vale of Glamorgan. 👏 🧡
