Friday 9.30am start it's our fundraiser for Maggies, wear something orange or Christmas jumpers. Tai chi, buffet, tonnes of raffle prizes and some banging Christmas sounds

Sunday 11.00-12 noon Barry Island under the large umbrella above the beach huts wear your Christmas hats and jumpers let's make it a merry one

Good morning everyone I'm so sorry but I have to cancel today's tai chi session as I'm unwell, chest infection, aching and feeling rubbish. I will however run our last session next Sunday 14th December please wear Christmas hats,jumpers etc ,so sorry again ❤️🙏☯️🤒xx
