Hi it’s Wiggy radio presenter at The Wave/Swansea Sound/Real Radio, now helping people across The Vale, Wales and the UK lose weight. I lost 5 stone 12lbs seven years ago, and decided to help others with our game changing online virtual classes. Recipes, inspiration, products, menu plans, challenges, fitness, motivation..Ooh and we have a brilliant social side aswell, live interactive friendly fun if you fancy meeting friends all achieving great results
