Another wonderful Saturday morning group at Millwood yesterday. Lots of inspiration & motivation, good fun, brilliant losses.

Congratulations to Sally who travels from Penarth,with the girls, on her one & a half stone award. Denise also going great guns, eating and sharing some delicious meals with her half stone award. Big shout to Ryan, who's back in and was our "Greatest Loser", this week. Superb work!!

Lots of our Saturday team also very close, to more fantastic awards. Really pleased with all we're achieving, eating delicious, wholesome food ( no shakes!) Using mouth watering, healthy recipes aswell.

I lost 5 stone 12lbs seven years ago, and decided to help others with our game changing online virtual classes.
