Today was Audrey’s very first trip out, and who better to spend it with than the amazing Preet 💙 From the moment they stepped out together, it was laughter, confidence, and pure joy all round.

Audrey said Preet was “lovely” and “amazing” — and this photo says it all. These are the moments that truly matter: companionship, independence, fresh air, and feeling like yourself again.

A huge thank you to the brilliant Sixth Form students at Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg for delivering such a fun and interactive Cymraeg session for our Caremark Cardiff & The Vale team today 💙📚

From Welsh phrases and pronunciation challenges to lots of laughter and teamwork, it was amazing to see staff and students from different generations coming together to learn and connect 🤝✨

The students also used this fantastic experience towards their Welsh Baccalaureate whilst developing confidence, leadership and community engagement skills 🌟👏

At Caremark, we are proud to support the Welsh language, strengthen local community partnerships and create meaningful opportunities to learn from one another 🏡❤️

A huge well done to our amazing carer, Preet, who continues to make such a positive impact on the lives of the people she supports. During Graham’s bowling session, both Graham and his wife shared how much they look forward to seeing Preet each week, praising the encouragement, energy, and genuine kindness she brings every visit 😊🎳
