Today, one of our wonderful clients kindly shared something incredibly special with us — his voice. Having previously been an opera singer, he filled the room with music, memories, and emotion, leaving everyone present deeply moved.

Mrs MD has had Preet as her main carer since 2023, and during that time they’ve built a truly special bond based on trust, kindness and genuine care 🤍
As Mrs MD now moves on to a live-in care package, she wanted to say thank you in the most heartfelt way — with a beautiful handwritten card filled with gratitude.

In her own words, she thanked Preet for her “humour, encouragement on difficult days, dignity, kindness… and the many cups of tea” ☕💖
