We are a new branch of home care support services from the leading UK home care provider, Caremark. We believe in delivering the highest standard of professional care and support to those in need and who choose to remain living in their own home. We ensure that a person's values and rights such as dignity, beliefs and freedom of choice are respected at all times. We can provide care such as washing, dressing, toileting, feeding / drinking, assistance with medication, hoisting, turning, walking, wheelchair assistance. As well as support to adults such as laundry, hoovering, cleaning, taking the rubbish out, shopping, day trips, community activities, getting to and from appointments, for any adults who need some assistance to continue living at home independently, safely and comfortably. Today, during a scheduled review, a social worker was travelling to meet our team at a client’s home — located down a particularly difficult and rural lane in Leckwith 🌿🚗

Unfortunately, her car broke down, leaving her stranded with no easy way out.

But this is exactly where our team steps up 👇

💙 Nadeesha & Rangana saved the day

Without hesitation, they stepped in — pushing the vehicle, sourcing jump leads, and getting everything back up and running 🔧💪

No fuss. No delay. Just action.

At Caremark Cardiff & The Vale, we support clients in some of the most rural and challenging locations — because care should never be limited by postcode 📍

Following this, the package has been reviewed and increased to double-handed calls, ensuring ongoing safety for both staff and service users 🤝
