As a very hyperactive, creative person I really have to work on grounding myself!

Here are my top 3 tips to help you feel more grounded & regulated in this beautiful but chaotic World !

1. Breathwork
Take a moment to just pause & Breathe.
Place one hand on your heart & one hand on your belly & just inhale through the nose & exhale slowly through the mouth - 3 x times.

2. Get out of your head into your body practicing Somatic yoga, gentle stretching will really ground you!
Just gently tilting your head towards your left shoulder & then slowly to your right shoulder / x 3 times !
If you don’t want to stretch try a Reflexology session to calm your nervous system to uplift & ground you!

3. Connect with like minded uplifting friends,Get out in nature, in a garden, walk around the block/park or if you can’t get out,look at pics of nature or out a window search for trees, birds, clouds, flowers etc.
