Join us Thursday 9th October to Relax, unwind, nurture, cleanse, mind, body and soul by immersing yourself with the healing sounds and energy of a beautiful sound bath of sacred instruments by Gabi of Purple Dragon Therapy www.purpledragontherapy.co.uk, whilst receiving Reiki energy channelled to the group and individually by Heulwen of Heulwen Handmade and Holistic www.heulwenhandmadeandholistic.co.uk

This is a beautiful combination of healing therapies, together helping you to release unwanted energy through the law of resonance and universal life force energies.
Relax, let the daily stress melt away and re-balance your mind, body and soul.
Lay down to experience and absorb the healing Sound, Vibration and Energy. Go with the flow and enjoy the healing journey.
Chairs are provided should you wish to sit.
Please bring a mat or sleeping bag, zero gravity or camping chair, blanket and pillow to get yourself warm and cosy.

Our Sound Bath and Reiki session will leave you feeling; deeply relaxed, calm, re-balanced and restored.
While helping to reduce; stress, anxiety, depression & pain and promote; relaxation, sleep, self care, mental health, positivity, boost the immune system, your general health and wellbeing along with many other things, bringing peace and harmony to your mind, body and soul.
You take what you need from the session on the day and no two sessions are the same.

We meet twice a month on Thursdays, 10am-12pm at Colcot Community Centre, Keats Way, Barry, CF62 9TZ.
No need to book in advance just click going / interested to the event (so we have a rough idea of numbers) and turn up and pay on the day.
Cost £20.
If you are joining us please click going to the event, wear comfortable loose clothing and drink plenty of water.
