❓️Who else is feeling a bit 'meh that their "new year new me" hasn't even started yet?
Or the pressure of just the thought of it is stopping you getting started?

❗️We'll be in February in no time then along comes half term....then Easter..is there ever a right time?
There is always something.

We're about to be flooded with "new year new me" and it can be overwhelming and the pressure, well, unnecessary 😑
That said, carrying more more weight than we'd like is totally exhausting and strips you of happiness. How do I know? Because I've been there 6 & a half stone ago ❤️
You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t have to be motivated.
You just have to turn up.
Everything else can come later – with my support.
Past present or future member I'd love to see you this January. Nae xx
