🌍💪 This , let’s build strength from the inside out!
We welcome the 10 Year Plan’s commitment to rolling out Fracture Liaison Services — a vital step in improving early diagnosis and coordinated care.
Now it’s time for action, because delays lead to avoidable fractures, loss of independence, and long-term disability.
At [Your Clinic Name], we believe in shifting from sickness to prevention.
Through gentle, tailored chiropractic care, we support better mobility, balance, and spinal health — even for those living with osteoporosis. With the right approach, chiropractic treatment can remain safe, effective, and supportive for bone and joint health.
Let’s stand tall for stronger bones, better movement, and lifelong independence. 💙

On your feet all day at work? You’re not alone, but your back might be paying the price.
Standing all day is often seen as healthier than sitting - but prolonged static standing carries its own risks. When you stand continuously, muscles fatigue, ligaments stretch, and joints take on extra load.
In 2023/24, 543,000 workers in Great Britain reported work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
Non-MSK harms also appear from prolonged standing or sitting: cardiovascular strain, chronic venous insufficiency, foot and ankle disorders.
❓Who’s most affected❓
Retail, healthcare, education - roles where standing dominates - see higher rates of MSD complaints. For example, 66% of UK healthcare professionals report a musculoskeletal injury or pain during their career.
Standing all day isn’t “better”, because standing isn’t enough - your body needs variation.
Stand + Stretch + Stride is a better approach than static posture all day.
What can you do?
Change the way you stand, move, and rest
1️⃣Use micro-breaks: shift every 20–30 mins
2️⃣Use anti-fatigue mats or cushioned flooring
3️⃣Provide sit-stand options
4️⃣Encourage movement & posture shifts
5️⃣Review footwear & supports
💬 What’s your experience - do you feel more pain after long shifts on your feet?

Desk jobs may seem safe, but the statistics tell another story.
The average office worker spends 1,700 hours a year in front of a screen.
That’s 6.5 hours every day sitting at a desk!
1 in 4 workers admit they’ve had to move their screen closer just to see, putting more strain on posture and muscles.
Over time, this can mean tightened muscles, weakened joints, and an increased risk of musculoskeletal problems.
But small changes make a big difference: standing up regularly, stretching, and moving more throughout the day can protect your back and body.
