OVER 100lbs down.
These are my reasons why!

3 years ago I weighed a whopping 24st 7st

I couldn’t walk, I didn’t like leaving the house but most importantly I couldn’t keep up with my children and give them the life they deserve.

3 years later! I’m over 100lbs lighter, I frequently go to the gym, I love taking part in life and being the best parent I can to my children.

People often ask how did you let yourself get to that weight and honestly we all make excuses but it’s life, it’s grief, it’s depression, ultimately it’s a love and addiction for food without moderation. IT IS SO EASILY DONE! and it creeps up on you like the expanding arse in the leggings that don’t fit in the jeans anymore! Preach ladies! 🙌

Despite losing the weight it does still creep back on if you are not accountable or in control hence why I’m back on plan and stripping it back to basics with the 1:1 diet and ensuring that 1:1 support is there keeping me on track and accountable.

1:1 is a diet that works really well for me and for most people I know that put their faith and trust in the plan and most importantly remain consistent, works for them too!

Week 1 - 12lbs ⬇️
Started back on Step 1B of the 1:1 diet plan 28 December
I went wild over the Xmas break and to say I over indulged is an understatement😂 I know it was naughty and impulsive but with the right tools and support can easily be reversed.

God bless the 1:1 diet and the Weightloss steps!

Did I love it? yes
Am I suffering for it? YES
Can I get it all back off? ABSOLUTELY YES
Am I worried? no, we draw a line in the sand and get back to it and remember the reasons why!

REMEMBER ITS ONLY FAILURE IF YOU FAIL TO TRY 🤪

LONG POST ALERT!

So the journey has been long and tough at times, losing weight for some people is easy, some people have the incredible capacity and sheer force of will to get their heads down and get the weight off and keep it off. To those people Welldone it takes incredible strength and it is something you should be proud of.

Me on the other hand I am not one of those people I am that person that has no impulse control, I do have a binge and restrict problem with food because ultimately I am an all or nothing kind of girl. Where my food addiction regularly kicks in and regularly wins! Because simply put I let it.

However what this journey has taught me is to never give up and no matter how small the victories may be embrace them and be proud and forgive yourself. I have found feeling guilty burying my head in the sand and saying I’ll just start Monday, that never comes or fu**ed it by lunch and think ah well let’s try again next week, THIS HELPS NO ONE

one bad choice or even 3 bad choices does not offset a week of good choices, the most important thing is to remember yes you could f**k it up by lunch but why does this mean to all of us (including myself) that all hard works goes out the window. It’s absolutely daft and I am the worst for it.

I set out to do a Xmas experiment and already by day 6 I have the I’ve fu**ed it attitude, why? 😅 Xmas isn’t here yet?

In any case what I’m trying to say is it’s only failure if you fail to try.

You’ve had a bad weekend?
2 s**t days - no tracking, not on plan, okay! but BUT the most important thing is you’ve had 5 good days!

Right picture today 24/05/24 step 5 on 1:1 diet and regular exercise, focusing on protein where I can.

Over 100lbs down and happier and healthier! ❤️


This has been and incredible journey and I’m so grateful to this plan and my consultant !

She has given me the tools and support me through this journey and would not have gotten here without her!

As a consultant I hope I can help as many people as she has and pass on the same tools and wisdom to any slimmers that seek my support!
