🔸️It has been a while since my last 'Meet The Practitioner' post, so welcome to new and existing followers alike!
🔸️I am Alex, the face, owner & Practitioner of Touch Healing, Reflexology, Reiki & Wellness.
🔸HOW is it December already?
🔸️I LOVE Reflexology. I am qualified in the traditional approach, and Duopody, which is working both at the same time, through the body systems.
🔸Aside from Clinical Reflexology, I practice Indian Head Massage, Face Reflexology, Ear Reflexology and many other approaches
🔸️I have a multi award winning business! That is still a proper pinch me moment saying that!
🔸️I love bright colours, Vinted & charity shop finds!
🔸️Live music, intimate gigs, stadium fillers & festivals, are a passion of mine.
🔸️I am a Reiki Master Teacher.
🔸I am a volunteer Complementary Therapist at the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth, supporting those with life limiting conditions, their families and carers.
🔸️I work with a wide range of clients, offering many therapeutic approaches of support, to both Women & Men - Fertility, Maternity, Perimenopause, Menopause, Pain Management, and so much more!
🔸️Most importantly, I support clients to regain control over their health & wellbeing.
