☀️Though you may be tempted to sleep in on Sunday morning, getting out of the house and going for a walk in daylight first thing is one of the best things you can do.
🥱You'll feel sleepier earlier, and an earlier bedtime will help you to reset.
💤If you are sleepy in the daytime, following the time change, limit your snooze to 20 minutes max, otherwise you risk feeling groggy and less alert when you wake.
