I am a level 5 clinical reflexologist. The type of reflexology i do is called Duopody in which both feet are treated at the same time symmetrically.
I am also a reiki practitioner and I do facial acupressure. The products I use are all organic and most are home made using only the best most pure non toxic ingredients.
I am super passionate about how the body works and how given the right environment we can help it to heal itself.
This is my absolute fave time of year not only weather wise but it means that the treatment room by evening turns into the most cosy relaxing place 😍 why not come (as a client did the other day) in your PJs and leave relaxed and ready to crawl into bed! Bliss!

✨Reiki: 40 - 45 Minutes: £30
Hands on or off universal energy healing. Fantastic treatment for mind body and soul. Releasing blocked energy and emotions. Benefits include: Better sleep, Improved mood, Pain relief. Reiki brings about deep relaxation which in turn helps the body heal itself.
In my treatments I also incorporate sound and or crystal healing if I feel drawn too.
✨Clinical Duopody Reflexology: 40-45 Minutes: £30
Treatments are tailored to individual needs. Duopody is different in that both feet are worked symmetrically at the same time. Working through the systems of the body to help bring back homeostasis (balance). It can help with so many things but just a few examples are: Headaches, back problems, sciatica, fertility problems, achillies tendon issues, insomnia, endometriosis and so much more more!

This lovely treatment offers you the best of both. With half an hour of reflexology and half an hour of reiki - bliss!

This lovely treatment offers you half an hour of reflexology of the feet and half an hour reflexology of the hands both of which are used more than we realise so why not give them both a treat.
✨Facial Acupressure: 40 - 45 minutes: £30
If you’re looking for blissful relaxaxion this is a must! This treatment involves a head and neck massage to start followed by a face cleanse using all organic products. A hot flannel is placed over the face for a couple of minutes before removing the cleanser. An organic face oil is then used along with hands and or crystal massagers to massage the whole face. Gentle pressure is applied to acupressure points. A nice cooling rose water is then used to gently wipe off any excess oil. This is fab for general relaxation but is also good for headaches and sinus issues.
✨ Pressotherapy 35-40 minutes £25
Pressotherapy is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage massage technique that uses specialised leg boots with inflatable compartments to apply rhythmic, controlled air pressure to the body. This process stimulates the lymphatic system and blood circulation, helping to reduce swelling, fluid retention, and toxin buildup, with cosmetic uses including cellulite reduction and body toning, and medical applications such as aiding recovery after surgery and sports.
