⚠️ IMPORTANT PLANNED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE ⚠️

We will be migrating IT systems between 24.02.2026 – 06.03.2026.

The NHS Wales App and all repeat prescriptions requests will not be available during this period. If you are due your repeat prescription during this time, please submit your request up to 2 weeks earlier than usual and we will issue a postdated prescription.

We will be running URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY during this time and will not be able to deal with routine administrative queries including test results, referral requests or sick note requests.

Please share this information with any persons registered with the practice that may be affected by this system downtime.

As our GP Receptionist at the front of house, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your exceptional customer service and multitasking skills will be put to good use as you handle appointments, answer phone calls and efficiently manage patient records. You will also provide vital support to our team of doctors nurses and other professionals ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
