If you or someone you care for, becomes unwell and youβre not sure where to go, use NHS 111 to get the right care in the right place β including at your GP practice, pharmacy, or self-care at home.
π Injuries and illnesses such as grazed knees, sore throats and the common cold can be treated at home with self-care.
π Your local pharmacy can help with ailments such as insect bites, hay fever, diarrhoea and constipation. Ask your pharmacy what can be seen under the 'Common Ailments Scheme' which offers free healthcare advice and treatment.
π©ββοΈ Contact your GP surgery for symptoms such as stomach pain, a lump or blood in your urine.
