None of that ever helped.

What did help? Focusing on what I can actually control.

10 months ago, Fraser needed a lot of support to be mobile and to use any machines at the gym. He decided to keep at it despite the difficulty and strived to be stronger and fitter! He had tried exercise before in the gym however, could not get the results he was after as did not receive a proper structure or guidance.
