If your hips are lifting off the pad during a lying hamstring curl, you’re cheating the movement and putting your lower back under unnecessary stress.

Tuck your pelvis before you curl. Drive your hips into the pad and keep them there through the entire rep.

This is the difference between going through the motions and actually training.

Got a strength goal I’m working towards but I’m not chasing a PB every week (like I see a lot of people do).

Maxing out constantly just fatigues your muscles and your nervous system.

Training with slightly less weight, in different formats, lets you control bar speed, create manageable tension, and actually grow stronger faster.
