Most people on here see the training clips, the stage shots and the client transformations…

But I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m Tommy, an online coach bodybuilder and strength athlete who’s pretty obsessed with training getting stronger and helping other people do the same.

Over the years I’ve gone from powerlifting to competing in bodybuilding, and now I spend my time helping busy people build muscle, lose body fat and get into the best shape of their life.

Alongside coaching I also run Revitalise Hub, a sauna and ice bath recovery facility because training hard is only part of the equation, recovery matters too.

But none of that mattered.
Because there’s nothing more fulfilling than setting a goal, committing to it, and seeing it through.
The work was done. This was the reward.

Got a strength goal I’m working towards but I’m not chasing a PB every week (like I see a lot of people do).

Maxing out constantly just fatigues your muscles and your nervous system.

Training with slightly less weight, in different formats, lets you control bar speed, create manageable tension, and actually grow stronger faster.
