A slow, supportive morning for busy minds and tired nervous systems.

Our Brain Health Mornings are evolving for the new year, offering a deeper and more nourishing experience that supports mental clarity, emotional balance and overall wellbeing.

This session includes breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system, restorative yoga to gently release tension from the body, guided meditation to quiet mental noise, and a group sound healing session to encourage deep rest and reset.

The session runs from 10:30am to 12:00pm, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy a light, nourishing lunch and a hot or cold drink from the Namaste Coffee House. This extra time allows you to ground, connect and transition back into your day without rushing.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential.

This is a gentle, intuitive yoga practice designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Each session weaves together breathwork, asana, deep relaxation and occasional Reiki healing, guided by the energy in the room rather than a rigid plan.

Sarah’s teaching is responsive and thoughtful. Some evenings are about lifting and revitalising, others about grounding and settling. Seasonal shifts and lunar cycles quietly influence the flow, but the real focus is you and what you need that day.

No pressure. No performance. No expectation to be anything other than human.

A Quick Note from Me 💬

You might have noticed a little shift in how our morning yoga sessions are now running and I wanted to share a bit more about why.

Each class at Waterside is designed with a clear intention, and these updates are simply to help make sure everyone gets the experience they came for.

🌀 Gentle Yoga – Mondays at 9:30am
A mat based flow for those wanting to move, stretch, and breathe at a calm, steady pace. Minimal props, plenty of space to explore movement on the floor.

🤝 Assisted Yoga – Tuesdays at 9:30am
A slower-paced class with more support. We use chairs, blocks, bolsters, whatever helps you feel steady and confident. Ideal for those who want a little more structure and time.

🪑 Seniors Yoga – Thursdays at 9:30am
Gentle, therapeutic movement focused on mobility, balance, and breath. Chairs are available and often used, but not essential, come as you are and move in a way that works for you.

These changes are simply about clarity. That way, you know what to expect, and each class can be exactly what it’s meant to be.
