Can't wait to back doing my LED Crystal Glow Facials in the new year, or for those of you who just love to add it onto your treatment package.

I use my lamp on a weekly basis and love the glow it gives my skin.

Hello to all my lovely clients I hope you are well ❤👣

Apologies for being quiet for a while but as you can imagine I've been pretty busy here at Heart & Sole HQ.

I honestly don't know where the first half of this year has gone. It's been lovely to hear from you and keeping you updated on what I've been doing and thankyou so much for asking about the family and how the kids have been getting on with exams and college etc. It means so much to me. ❤

I hoped to be reopening in the next month or so but due to unforseen circumstances my lovely new treatment room isnt going be ready for a while yet. We've had a few hiccups with the build due to circumstances beyond our control but I'm eager to see you all in the new year.
