Train hard. Recover smarter.

This class is for people who use their bodies or suffer from stiffness or post injury.
Runners, cyclists, gym-goers… and anyone who just feels tight, stiff or a bit stuck.

Ultimate Stretch blends science-led mobility with calm, focused yoga stretch practice.
We work with breath, hold under tension, and learn to relax without switching off.
Strong and soft at the same time. Disciplined, but not aggressive.

This isn’t about forcing flexibility or chasing shapes.
It’s about teaching your body how to move better, recover properly, and feel more at ease in itself.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be an athlete.
You just need a body that you want to keep working well.

A Quick Note from Me 💬

You might have noticed a little shift in how our morning yoga sessions are now running and I wanted to share a bit more about why.

Each class at Waterside is designed with a clear intention, and these updates are simply to help make sure everyone gets the experience they came for.

🌀 Gentle Yoga – Mondays at 9:30am
A mat based flow for those wanting to move, stretch, and breathe at a calm, steady pace. Minimal props, plenty of space to explore movement on the floor.

🤝 Assisted Yoga – Tuesdays at 9:30am
A slower-paced class with more support. We use chairs, blocks, bolsters, whatever helps you feel steady and confident. Ideal for those who want a little more structure and time.

🪑 Seniors Yoga – Thursdays at 9:30am
Gentle, therapeutic movement focused on mobility, balance, and breath. Chairs are available and often used, but not essential, come as you are and move in a way that works for you.

These changes are simply about clarity. That way, you know what to expect, and each class can be exactly what it’s meant to be.

I’m not here for quick fixes and I’m not here to sell you all the hype or latest trends.

Fitness doesn’t need tricks, fads, or shouty promises. It needs understanding, patience, and someone who actually knows what the body can do when it’s trained properly.

With years of experience as an ultra-runner, triathlete, endurance athlete, and certified personal trainer, I coach strength, endurance, and mobility in a way that supports your body rather than batters it.

No “six-week transformations”.
No outdated app or membership programmes or “checking in” with guilt trips attached.
No punishment workouts.
No chasing exhaustion for the sake of it.

Just intelligent training, realistic goals, and steady progress that fits real life, not an idealised one. Helping your fitness journey become a way of life rather than a “quick fix”.

If you want to feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your body (without burning out), this is where we start.

What I’ve Learned This Year

• Living life my way will unsettle some people. That’s not a problem, it’s information.

• Being triggered isn’t weakness. It’s awareness showing me where I still have space to grow.

• Comfort doesn’t change me. Challenge does. Growth happens on the edge, not the comfort

• I’m learning to trust my instincts without over-explaining or seeking permission.

• I’m not here to be liked by everyone. I’m here to be real and that clarity changes everything.

Today I had the absolute honour of guiding a beautiful Restorative Yoga session at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 16 incredible women. 🧘‍♀️💼

To be invited into their space and hold a moment of stillness in the middle of a fast-paced corporate world… honestly, it means the world to me.

We moved gently.
We breathed deeply.
We gave nervous systems permission to pause.

It’s days like this that remind me why I do what I do 🙂to help people reconnect with calm, to soften the edges of stress, and to bring a little breath back into busy lives.
