A Quick Note from Me 💬
You might have noticed a little shift in how our morning yoga sessions are now running and I wanted to share a bit more about why.
Each class at Waterside is designed with a clear intention, and these updates are simply to help make sure everyone gets the experience they came for.
🌀 Gentle Yoga – Mondays at 9:30am
A mat based flow for those wanting to move, stretch, and breathe at a calm, steady pace. Minimal props, plenty of space to explore movement on the floor.
🤝 Assisted Yoga – Tuesdays at 9:30am
A slower-paced class with more support. We use chairs, blocks, bolsters, whatever helps you feel steady and confident. Ideal for those who want a little more structure and time.
🪑 Seniors Yoga – Thursdays at 9:30am
Gentle, therapeutic movement focused on mobility, balance, and breath. Chairs are available and often used, but not essential, come as you are and move in a way that works for you.
These changes are simply about clarity. That way, you know what to expect, and each class can be exactly what it’s meant to be.
