Yesterday I had the privilege and honour to speak to the team at Bionical Emas based in Derbyshire.

We spoke about building resilience in the face of adversity, how we can always try and make positive choices in difficult times and how to plan our daily habits to ensure we stay on track during those challenging moments.

It is a privilege to be able to share our journey and learnings with a company who has its staff and clients at the centre of their plans and places personal development so high on their values.

Thanks to Tom Watson for making it happen and always lovely to catch up.

I had the absolute privilege of being invited onto the The Bodie Hodges Foundation supper club panel yesterday to talk about our journey, adversity, choosing hope and positivity from a tragedy.

It was an honour to sit alongside Nick and share our stories and the strength it gave to others in the room to open up and share their journeys as well.

Amazing mix of people and businesses in the room who are proud to support the Bodie Hodges Foundation and the incredible work the charity does in Leicestershire.

Eileen was the hostess with the mostest as always 💙❤️
