London Landmarks 1/2 Marathon completed ☑️

It was hot, it was very hard, I had to dig in and grind, I ran too fast, the support was incredible and it was very emotional 🥲

I’m so proud to have run it for The Bodie Hodges Foundation and running it in memory of Freddie ⭐️

The incredible donations are life changing and helping so many families!

We are £400 short of raising £3000 for the foundation, is my pain and suffering on Sunday worth a few more quid please…….. ❤️❤️

Race week! 🏃

On Sunday I’ll be making my way around London to support The Bodie Hodges Foundation and all those bereaved of a child ❤️

It’ll be hard, it won’t be pretty, I’ll laugh and smile and definitely cry but it’ll be worth it!

If you can spare any money to support families in Leicestershire I would be so grateful as would so many on a journey they would never imagine they’d have to make ❤️❤️

Really enjoyable evening this week going down to Hinckley Golf Club and talking to their members about injury reduction and staying healthy in the run up to the better weather 🌞

Hopefully we can keep you on the course but we can’t promise to reduce the score

Training is kind of going to plan for the London landmarks half marathon in April to support the The Bodie Hodges Foundation running in memory of our Freddie!

I’m struggling a little for time but fitting in runs to keep my legs moving and building some miles, 8.5 miles in my max so far, another big run this week, aiming for 10.5 miles! I’m very heavy and average speed but will high give people along the runs!
