The Serenity Barn is a Yoga & Pilates studio set in a tranquil location overlooking stunning countryside. With our bespoke underfloor heating, exposed oak beams and low lighting it is the perfect place to balance your mind, body and soul.

In all of our time running The Serenity Barn we have never managed to find a natural yoga mat spray, that’s why we created our own one - it’s as simple as that! 🌿

Carefully blended with Lavender, Eucalpytus & Tee Tree - it smells divine and allows you to refresh your mat without the use of chemicals.

It’s the perfect finale to your yoga practice, and yes it smells so good that we do sometimes spray ourselves too! 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

If you’re in need of some calm, we have just thing - we have a few spaces in our Sound Healing Gong Immersion tomorrow (Sunday) evening at 7.30pm.

Our Sound Immersions gently guide you into a sound journey of crystal bowls, koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls, Meinl Planetary Earth Gong and ocean drum to bring you back into alignment and balance emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically.

Second weekend of 100-hour sound practitioner training with 🎶✨

Blending ancient wisdom with modern science - the course explores a diverse range of instruments from Tibetan bowls, drums, vocal techniques, chanting, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and the beautiful gong - helping us uncover those instruments that resonate most deeply.

A heartfelt thank you to Emily for holding the space and Amber .yoga for sharing the journey. I am so excited to continue on this path! 🎶✨
