Dear Patient
We have listened to you and your requests to move to E-Consult only, so that you do not have to wait in queues outside the surgery and on the telephone.
Therefore, from 1st January 2025 the E-Consult messaging service will be the only way to contact us for appointments or routine queries. Our Care Navigators will respond promptly and connect you to the right clinical or admin colleague to meet your needs.
Please remember that you can access Pharmacy First via your local pharmacy to help with a range of minor ailments without an appointment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS (Did Not Attend)
If you are unable to attend your appointment booked with a Doctor, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant, please contact the surgery by telephone as soon as possible. This will avoid wasted appointments which could have been cancelled and made available for another patient.
GP Missed Appointments - also known as “Did Not Attend (DNA)” - costs the NHS approximately £216 million per year.
In October 2024, there was a total of 152 patients who did not attend for their appointment and failed to inform either Great Berry or Southview Park Surgeries, therefore wasting an appointment that could have been made available for another patient.
