Oh my giddy aunt!!!
I wantedy my clients to beat over 9 stone from January

I used to always tell people I was big b***d but it obviously wasn't true as I lost 4 stone on plan in 2019 and am still maintaining 6 years later and helping others to do the same!

My weight loss journey

I had always been on diets for as long as I can remember until I discovered the 1:1 weight plan that is! I lost a staggering 3 stone 9 Ib in 3 1/2 months and have maintained now for over 6 months. I feel happier, healthier and love fitting into nice clothes and feeling confident in myself.

Having discovered this plan myself and transformed my life, I decided I wanted to help others to do the same which I find so fulfilling!

I offer weekly weigh ins (on facetime/zoom or a picture of scales during lockdown) along with lots of 1:1 support via WhatsApp mostly. The products can be collected from my porch or I can deliver free of charge.

There are different steps to choose from either ruling food out completely or having 1:1 products alongside conventional foods, your choice but either way, together we will make a plan for you that can help you to reach your goals.
