This was me
Most days
No stop button, especially when it came to chocolate
The daily cycle went like this….
Be good during the day - binge at night - go to bed feeling guilty and uncomfortable and promise myself tomorrow would be a ‘GOOD day’ - do the same again
And so it went on - trying different diets and nothing working
UNTIL…
I followed the 1:1 Diet plan and lost 4 stone and changed my eating habit for good
I am never going back to that 14 stone 4 unhappy person
