Today was a special one spent with my (very grown up) nephew — and it reminded me of something powerful…

I’m the creator of my own reality.

I’ve learnt that happiness doesn’t just arrive — you have to look for it. I hunt for fun like a magpie spotting something shiny. I collect moments. I choose joy. I follow the spark.

Looking for happiness is my superpower 💫

So here’s your reminder:
If you haven’t had fun in a while, it might be waiting just around the corner…

But you have to go looking for it. 💛

Sunday morning walk with Gretel 🐶 on Canvey Island — and instead of turning right like I always do, I turned left. That one small choice led me to a walk that felt brand new, lighter, and full of possibility, I think I walked to Benfleet lol It felt like a little. Adventure.

Today was such a beautiful day on retreat 💛
A lovely country walk, some gentle yoga, and the most relaxing sound bath , there was also the option to do a cold water plunge 💦 (I’ll do that next time lol) — exactly what my soul needed.

What I loved most was the energy. Meeting complete strangers who share the same interests creates such a warm, supportive atmosphere. It’s amazing how quickly you can feel connected when you’re all there for the same reason: to slow down, breathe, and just be.

So grateful for days like this — left feeling lighter, calmer, and truly happy ✨

I’ve been thinking a lot about reframing lately — how sometimes the biggest shift in life isn’t a change in circumstances, it’s a change in mindset.

So often we measure ourselves by what hasn’t happened yet — the relationship that didn’t appear, the career that changed direction, the plan that still isn’t clear. It can be easy to decide that means we’re behind or that something has gone “wrong.”

But there’s another way to look at it.

What if this season isn’t emptiness, but space?
What if not knowing what’s next isn’t failure, but transition?
What if changing direction isn’t “starting over,” but being brave enough to evolve?

We are allowed to want more.
We are allowed to rest.
We are allowed to be a work-in-progress at any age.

You don’t need to have the whole path figured out today. You only need the next kind step, the next honest choice, the next moment of self-trust.

You’re not behind. You’re not late.
You’re simply in the middle of your story — and the middle is where the strongest chapters are written.

For the 4th year myself and Angelina went to the London Palladium to see the pantomime and I can honestly say I’m still smiling, I cannot recommend this enough. The funny thing was, I suppose because of the day and time we went I couldn’t see any children in the audience. I Always say it’s so important to stay in touch with the childlike version of you and it’s on occasions like this I’m totally reminded of how important it is to honestly just laugh and be silly. We made a tradition from the first time we went and I’m so glad we did looking forward to next year. Oh no, I’m not. Oh yes, I am.😂😂😂

So many lessons learnt this year , especially that you create your own happiness, from floating sound baths to solo theatre trips this was the year I started to push myself out of my comfort zone, I cared more about my now and less about what I could not control, and it made a huge difference, Thank you 2025 you’ve been a blast 💥 looking forward to 2026, may it bring you joy , happiness and magic 💥🥰😊

Our last night in this amazing country, we’ve had such a fantastic time wondering around Amsterdam, in the words of frank Sinatra I can honestly say “we did it our way 😂”, we got to see a special Frida Kahlo exhibition , visited the stunning town of Zaandam , ate chips , stroopwafel, saw the light exhibition by boat all made extra special with a lovely Christmas atmosphere … the people were so friendly , we really had a magic time. 🎅🏻🧑🏻‍🎄

🐾funny how the universe works, a closed road diversion took me to a new discovery on our morning walk, and I got so much more then I bargained for, we started with a lovely breakfast and coffee then explored the coast line leading up to shoebury beach, will definitely be coming back .
