Today marks a year here at The CBD Hub!

We’ve had an amazing time meeting and helping everybody who’s come down and got involved with us and it’s been our pleasure to be there for you almost everyday since this time last year!

You may have noticed some changes but please do not worry!

We’re in the middle of working on something really exciting not only for our brand but for our customers alike so bare with us while we make these changes.

It’s some really exciting stuff!

I would also like to add that in the near future our physical location at the market will no longer be active, if you find yourself wondering why your welcome to come and talk with me there during our last 2 weeks, I won’t bore the public with it here.

That being said we do honestly greatly appreciate everybody trusting us with their Health and concerns over the last year, we’ve built such a great community and were so very thankful to have had the opportunity to touch so many of your lives.

You will still see us around the market personally so if you do have any questions relating to CBD you are more than welcome to continue to ask for advice, we are still The CBD Hub after all👌🏻

How’s it going people!

Wanted to let everybody know that there has been some changes to our shop over the last few weeks!

We’ve now got our sister business “ THE PUP HUB” in our unit with us.

Do not fear because we still have all your CBD needs all we ask to not cause any confusion;

Come to the front counter for CBD and come inside for the pup hub.

How’s it going guys?

Just a little update regarding our legal situation.

As of last week the police have classified CBD H**P TEA (or they’re preferred choice of word “flower”) as a CLASS B DRUG along with several products from PROFFESOR HERB.

We are in the middle of trying to bring professor herb back to our shelves but unfortunately for the time being these products are being veiwed as ILLEGAL and until further notice WE WILL NOT be selling any kind of H**P TO***CO REPLACEMENTS or H**P TEA.

We understand that this may be frustrating for you however for us not to be prosecuted as street dealers we have to abide by the police’s advice.

We still have surveys for you to document your time with us/ CBD usage at the store and online and your free to fill those in if you would like to contribute to fighting this matter.

That being said we do have a few changes coming to our store in the next week or so, so please do come by if your in the town to see what we’ve been planning behind the scenes!

Hey guys..

we’re getting a lot of enquiry’s about our CBD H**P TEA variety aswell as our H**P REPLACEMENTS and sadly all I can tell you is that the police have taken all of our stock that falls into these categories for testing at the station and have advised us that this is going to take “a couple of months” because there is herion laced with fentanyl in the surrounding areas and that is deemed more important than processing the unlawful seizures from our store. (That matter should hold the police’s upmost attention in my opinion but🤷🏻‍♂️)

We still have a massive array of CBD products on shelf including balms, edibles, oils & vapes but for the time being as to not be prosecuted unlawfully we WILL NOT be selling CBD H**P TEA or H**P REPLACEMENTS over the counter until the police lift the notice on our store and us personally.

We understand this is inconvenient for you as much as it is for us and we want you to know that we are working our hardest to rectify this issue with the authorities at the earliest opportunity.

We would appreciate anyone looking for CBD H**P TEA or products like this, for the time being not ask us if we have any left over we can bring to you because we do not have the stock and under police caution will arrested under the PWITs (Possession with intent to supply) law commonly used to prosecute street dealers.

We would like to point out that we are 1000% confident in our suppliers and products that we are not infringing any legal guidlines and everything we sell over the counter falls within UK regulations and the moment we can stock the seized products we will update the public accordingly.

This is a very stressful time for us as you may expect and we’d appreciate any support from the public in rectifying this situation as promptly as we can, we have paper surveys and an online survey on our page for you to document your experience with us & CBD usage in a bid to bring this to the police in a unified effort to support the CBD health industry for us and the entire country respectfully.

The police have every right to asses that we are all above board and as unfortunate as the situation may be there is little we can do baring rally the publics support on this matter as a whole.

So again I cannot stress this enough,

If you would like to see this type of industry on your high street in the future years to come then please stand behind us while we navigate these turbulent times.
