I've been rather lax when it comes to updating this FB page, for that I apologise.
Life has been rather busy, and I've found it's just gone by so quick.
Sometimes, I feel like I can't keep up and anxiety or panic starts to creep in.
Before losing my mind, I start on my breathing, slow deep breaths, I start calming my mind as best I can, I start to relax, continuing with my slow/deep breathing. It's so good, knowing that it really doesn't take too much to take back control. Lot's of practice, and a bit of guidance to begin with, but it's really helped me so much.
