Following on from Boris’ announcement yesterday, we wanted to let our slimmers know that we can still continue to provide you with your products and one-to-one support during this national lockdown.
As advised by Head Office, as a company we fall under food manufacturing and distribution and as such, they are able to continue to manufacture and deliver products directly to us.
We are able to get your products and we can deliver them directly to your doorstep! (or you can collect from us at a pre-arranged time)
Payments can be made by bank transfer before collection/delivery. Cash and Contactless card (on collection only) is also accepted.
We will continue to support you virtually and we can have doorstep catch up, weather permitting, when we deliver your products.
For clients with scales at home, please continue to weigh yourselves weekly and send us an image so that we can update your records from this end.
This is an extremely difficult time for everyone but we all need to do what we can to get control of this awful situation.
