I highly recommend the Basking Babies yoga class in Basildon and Wickford! The instructor, Laura, is incredibly kind, patient, and loving towards the babies, making each session feel warm and welcoming. She creates a safe, supportive space for mothers to connect and bond while helping their babies develop important pre-crawling skills. It’s great to make new mum friends whose babies are also at similar stages. Laura always takes the time to listen to every mother, making them feel seen and heard, which adds to the overall positive and nurturing environment. It’s amazing to see how the babies learn and grow with each session, and I also feel so confident knowing our instructor is professionally trained so my baby is safe at all times. Truly a wonderful experience for both mother and baby!
