SQUATOBER IS HERE!!

It isn’t too late to sign up…

All you need to do is set yourself a squat goal of how many squats you aim to complete in the whole of October.

Write your goal on our form in the gym and pay your £5 donation to Macmillan.

At the end of the month we will be adding up the total amount of squats we collectively completed as a centre.

INGREDIENTS• 4 x 4 ounce salmon fillets with skin on• 2 tbs olive oil• 1 ¼ cups double cream• 2 tbsp lemon juice• 3 clov...

INGREDIENTS
• 4 x 4 ounce salmon fillets with skin on
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 1 ¼ cups double cream
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Heat olive oil in a frying pan or skillet
2) Add salmon fillets skin side up
3) Cook until browned and the fish lifts easily from the pan
4) Flip to the other side and cook until the skin is crispy
5) Remove salmon from the pan and set aside
6) Turn down heat
7) Whisk together cream, garlic, parsley and lemon juice
8) Simmer liquid mixture in the fish pan for a few minutes until thickened
9) Season with salt and pepper to taste
10) Serve salmon with cream sauce and vegetables

Sarah was our member of the month for August.

She was an ex member that rejoined us in July.

She has lost weight and over 12 inches in this short time since rejoining.

It has also just been confirmed by her neurologist that her IIH is now in remission 😃 she believes this is due to the training and weight loss.
