My services are offered through online video or telephone sessions, catering to both short-term and long-term therapy requirements. I believe in the importance of continual professional development and have since qualified as a clinical supervisor, supporting other counsellors and individuals in wellbeing roles. Additionally, I teach counselling to aspiring counsellors, nurturing the next generation of professionals in this vital field. I am proud to have completed the necessary steps to become an accredited member of both the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the National Counsellors and Psychotherapists Society (NCPS).
