Nice busy day to kick of Wellness Wednesday with a luxury facial using Neal's Yard products, then onto a full body massage using Nikura neroli oil which can help with cell regeneration to reduce scars and wrinkles, then onto another full body massage using Neal's Yard Remedies organic aromatic oil and then finally onto a back, neck shoulders and legs massage with NYRO ginger and juniper warming oil.

As 2025 draws to end, I just want to thank all my clients for keeping my busy throughout this year. I've learnt more skills and still learning as I go into 2026, and I'm so incredibly grateful to have got 33rd in the UK for Best New talent 2025!

And today seeks to raise awareness about mental health issues in men, as well as other health and societal issues, by encouraging men to open up and communicate with others. According to World Health Organization (WHO) data, su***de is the biggest killer of men under the age of forty-five. This is scary!!
