Its Hump Day, middle of week, wonky Wednesday, what ever you call it. To me its Wellness Wednesday and today is International Men’s Day.

And today seeks to raise awareness about mental health issues in men, as well as other health and societal issues, by encouraging men to open up and communicate with others. According to World Health Organization (WHO) data, su***de is the biggest killer of men under the age of forty-five. This is scary!!

Its the end of the week for the majority. So it's Fun Fact Friday.

So its middle of the week. And this Month is also National Healthy Skin, so just a reminder to look after your biggest organ.

♡ Sun protection: Wear SPF daily, even on cloudy days. Reapply sunscreen after swimming or sweating and every two hours when in the sun.
♡ Cleansing: Wash your face both morning and night to remove dirt and oil before applying other products.
