For the ones who aren't too sure whether to make the leap into the hair system world - this one's for you.
We had the pleasure of first meeting this guy back in October. He used hair fibres on a daily basis and was fed up of his 45-minute routine EVERY morning so he could cover up his hair loss. So, as you can imagine, he was incredibly nervous about the prospect of shaving the little hair had as it is essentially accepting that your hair loss has reached its limits before something drastic has to be done.
We applied his first ever system, it looked awesome and it shaved years off him, BUT because it was such a shock from going from little to no hair to all of a sudden a normal amount of hair, our guy's nerves went through the roof as to him, he knew that the hair wasn't his own and it strung up an array of worries and questions like "it looks too thick" or "everyone is going to know".
Shortly after the appointment, we received a call saying everyone he'd seen absolutely loved his hair but he was still considering taking it off and shaving his whole head as he felt in his own mind it was too much to get used to. This is where the client care is the MOST important part as we don't just stick hair on and let them go out into the world. We ensure that we are (should they ever need it) by their side every step of the way at the beginning of their journey, to provide reassurance, get them in for urgent appointments to just sit and chat over a cuppa to see how we could help.
The most important thing we highlighted to him is that an open mind is the receptiveness to new ideas and that it was his open mind that got him this far, so why not give his effort some credit enough to trust the process to see how he felt after a month. If he still felt the same, then he would definitely know that it wasn't for him, and we would 100% support his decision.
Fast forward 6 months, he is now on his second Hair System and absolutely loving life - already thinking about what style he can have his NEXT Hair System. We couldn't be any more chuffed for him.
