Breakfast date with the kiddo this morning ❤️
My plans for the day changed last minute, I was due to go out for lunch with an old friend but now I'll be out all day through lunchtime and I don't know where we could potentially stop to have some lunch. So I've filled up on a completely on-plan big breakfast to see me through 🍽️❤️
Heck sausage rashers: 0.5 swips each.
Scrambled eggs: I'll allow 2 swips for the fake butter and a dash of milk used (I prefer fried which would be free using Frylight but kiddo only likes scrambled eggs 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️)
Baked beans: Free
Tomatoes: Speed Free
Mushrooms: Speed Free
Black coffee with sweeteners: Free (I'm too lazy to measure out my Calcium Healthy Extra 😆)

Sidenote: kid didn't eat the scrambled eggs anyway 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got very excited at my Kempshott group this week when I realised I could make Toad-in-the-hole completely free using my Fibre Healthy Extra choice of 45g wholemeal flour! I tried the new Slimming World caramelized onion sausages which are soooooo good!!
Verdict: so, as you can see, it looks crap 😆 but it actually tasted nice! (Minus the burnt bits 🙈) Couldn't get it out the tin to present it nicely but, yes with a bit of experimenting I would give it another go!
