I can often be found rolling out my Yoga mat on my lunch break and certainly love attending classes for my own Yoga journey. When I passed my Yoga teacher training course, I was asked by friends and family to put together some postures for them to help with physical and mental wellbeing. I started to feel a pull towards wanting to share my experiences and a few months later, here I am!

Thank you to all who have joined with my yogi teaching journey. Tonight was the last night of Yoga with Kerli (for now). I’ll always be a Yogi and love to keep in touch. I’m sure in the Summer I’ll have a few Yoga sessions in my garden again 💚

With sadness I have decided to take some time away from teaching on a Tuesdays. 😔

I am closing this chapter but take with me with wonderful memories, gratitude and friendships.

I am going to take time for myself, to regenerate and explore my own Yoga journey and hope you do the same. I feel this is the beginning of a new chapter for me and I would be honoured if you would like to stay in touch.

The last session will be Tuesday 17th December, usual time of 6:45pm which will allow bundle classes to be used up before we close.

Thank you for all your support in this venture.
