I'm a qualified counsellor with a specialism in working with active individuals who want to explore their relationship with exercise, sports and fitness. I'm a former PE teacher with a background in playing sport to semi-professional level. I have a degree in Sports Science and Physical Education where I majored in Sports Psychology and still take part in exercise several times a week.
