Ear seed therapy is suitable for people who are looking for gentle, ongoing support rather than an intensive treatment.

It can be especially helpful if you:

Many people ask me the same question before booking:
“Is it painful?”

The answer is no.
Wood and Waves is a deep yet gentle treatment. Even though I use wooden tools alongside flowing manual movements, the pressure is always controlled, respectful, and never invasive.

What usually changes after a session isn’t just physical.

You may notice a feeling of lightness in the body, less heaviness in the legs or abdomen, and a sense of release after periods of stress or tension. But many people also tell me they feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their body again.

If you feel bloated, sluggish, puffy, or simply a bit “off”, this treatment can help your body reset after busy periods, hormonal shifts, or emotional overload.

Post-partum is a delicate time, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

After giving birth, many women experience swelling, water retention, heaviness, fatigue and a body that doesn’t quite feel like their own yet. This is completely normal, and it deserves care, not pressure.
Lymphatic drainage can be deeply supportive during the post-partum phase.
�It helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, support digestion and gently bring a sense of lightness back into the body. It’s not about “bouncing back”, but about allowing the body to recover at its own pace.
If you’re going through post-partum yourself, know that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

And if you know someone who might be struggling during this phase, feel free to share this with her. Sometimes being seen and supported can make all the difference.
