Please take what resonates and leave what does not.

It's seems as though many have fallen back into the ways of limiting beliefs, being consumed by every day responsibilities, that your journey has been neglected or not given as much time as before.

Holding high expectations upon this journey only creates further barriers and blockages not only within the journey but within yourself.

Allow yourself to breath deeply, calmly and just go with the flow. We are not in a race.

If you find yourself falling back into old patterns, ways of thinking, ways of living take time to breath slowly and deeply into the abdomen set the intention clearly and with feeling to release anything, gain clarity, healing, peace and more and just allow yourself even if only five or ten minutes a day to relax into your breathing then after a few days try and give yourself a further five minutes and progress this on further.

Connect in with your inner child allow that little one time to actually come out and play.

Children are the most beautiful gift we can ever receive in life to see them smile to hear them laugh it's fills your heart with warmth and love, to see them run around and enjoy every moment in life without a worry is truly a beautiful experience.

So why as adults do we each deny our own inner child these experiences?

For some I am aware that your childhood has not been rainbows and unicorns but you can experience this now allow yourself to experience and enjoy time running around like a child carefree and happy, give your innerself your inner child that beautiful experience and feel the healing naturally take place as you do so.

Triggers happen to us all in life, but what is wonderful is when you notice the trigger and instead of reacting too it and allowing it to consume you or change your mood in your day, recognise it and understand be grateful for what you have just been shown because when we get triggered we are being shown what is needed to be healed within our own selves.

Do not react in an outburst towards another for triggering you take a long slow deep breath into the abdomen hold and release and feel that tension release with the out breath.

The more we react to something that triggers us the more we are shown it but when we recognise it and release it and become grateful for being shown what is needing to be healed the less we become triggered in the future.

Spiritual growth is something that is never ending, you are being guided now to start making time for meditation, time to connect in, time for healing and time to gain further clarity upon your spiritual journey.

All the answers you seek lay within you, so the more you give to yourself the stronger your connection becomes the more we grow, the more enlightened we become.

This truly is a beautiful journey and we are each upon our own remember as said above this is not a race because there truly is no finishing line.
