When I first joined Slimming World, I was feeling a bit down, scared and frightened that I could not succeed… but now I’m a Target member feeling confident, loving my new habits and proud of my progress!

One thing I’ve learned along the way is to give myself time and understanding when changing habits and behaviours. To allow myself to not be perfect but be human and know I will get there in the end 💬. I’ve been through it myself and I’ll be there every step of the way to support you too ❤️. If you’re anything like me, this time of year is SO busy... there’s always something to do 😅! Thankfully, on nights where I know there’s not much time to cook, the Slimming World food range has my back ❤️. Popping a ready-made meal (my favourite is this ‘marry me’ pasta 😉), into the microwave means I can stay on track without worrying about what I’m going to eat. Brilliant 🥳!
