๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽ„For those of you who are planning on coming off plan for special events through the festive period, here are a few tricks to keep feeling your best when things are so crazy.

โœจ Drinks: limit them, and stick to spirits with low calorie mixers or soda water. Keep away from cocktails, as they can be equivalent in cals and carbs as donuts! Also avoid Beer, cider and if you drink wine made it a spritzer wth soda water and ice!

โœจBalance is key, stop making it all or nothing!

Youโ€™ll be able to tick off each day as you go and keep track of the pounds youโ€™ve lost โ€“ every pound counts!

What does it involve?
Itโ€™s simple, all you need to do is set a goal of what you want to achieve.
Then share your weekly or daily progress on social media through videos or pictures using the hashtag .
Instagram works best for this so why not set up an account if you donโ€™t have one already?
