GROUNDING needed When β¦
Watch out for these signs.
1/ β I Donβt Belong Here β
People with weak root chakra tend to feel lack of belonging. If you feel out of space on earth, in your society, in your family or even in your body, this is a sign you need to focus on grounding
2/ Feeling Spaced Out
Feeling spacey and disorientated, impossible to track what others were doing or saying, repeatedly misplacing things or forgetting important tasks or even repeatedly bumping into things almost leading into accidents.
3/ Highly Sensitised
High sensitivity to the sounds or light, being highly uncomfortable to the words, thoughts or energies of the others. People that we perceive as negative can leave us very low and polluted.
4/ Hard to Be Effective
Feeling tired and hard to concentrate on important things which need to be done.
All tasks seem to feel unnecessary and meaningless.
5/ Daydreaming
Staring into a space, lost in thoughts and unrealistic fantasies, itβs a sign of being grounded.
6/ Nervous
The root chakra is associated with action and implementation. When itβs weak the su consciousness knows that this aspect is going to falter and it will cause stress, anxiety and space-out feeling under the slightest pressure.
7/ Cannot Make Decisions
A strong, stable root chakra gives one a good grip on the ground realities. Without this, it becomes very difficult to have confidence in oneβs decisions.
8/ Erratic Sleep
Too much energy in the upper chakras affects sleep. One might find changes in sleep patterns, lying wide awake at night for hours, or sleeping incessantly, if grounding is weak. Falling asleep during meditation is another common symptom.
9/ Weak Digestion
No desire to eat for weeksβ¦
Digestion needs downward moving energies, and when there is too much energy in the upper chakras and none in the lower ones, the body is incapable of processing any food. In contrast, when a person can eat large amounts of food and still remain skinny, that also indicates a lack of grounding β the body is unable to absorb any nutrients from the food due to lack of energy.
