Infinite Harmony Yoga We make Yoga accessible for every body regardless of ability, flexibility or shape. (ITEC, IIHHT, GPP). I am currently training as a Yoga Therapist.

I am an experienced qualified yoga teacher with The Inner Yoga Trust following the completion of a 3 year, 500 hour yoga teacher training course. I am also a Thai Yoga Therapist, Aromatherapist and holistic massage therapist. My regular weekly yoga classes are held via Zoom and at Lychpit Community Hall on Sunday mornings - 09.30 - 10.30am and St Mary's Church hall on Tuesday evenings - 7.15pm - 8.15pm.

I’m currently connecting with osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists in the Basingstoke area who share my interest in integrated, person-centred care.

Imagine standing among the trees, the crisp autumn air filling your lungs.

This month, try Box Breathing while connecting to nature:

1️⃣ Inhale 4s — draw in the fresh, forest air
2️⃣ Hold 4s — feel the stillness around you
3️⃣ Exhale 4s — release tension into the earth
4️⃣ Hold 4s — sink into calm

Repeat 4–5 rounds and notice how grounded and clear you feel.

At Infinite Harmony, we believe that mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health. Through yoga therapy, mindfulness, and holistic practices, we help you reconnect with your breath and your body - one gentle step at a time.
